BOSU High-Intensity Integrated Balance Training -- This class will challenge your strength and endurance, as well as your balance, as you move through dynamic progressions against varying lines of resistance and intensity levels.
CoreFX PlyoPower --Learn to enhance power and performance that will enable your muscles to produce maximum force in the shortest period of time. Gain power from the ground up, and strength from within, with a training program that is great for all levels of fitness.
CoreFX TNT -- "Tuesday Night's Throwdown" has all the elements of CoreFX Training in one explosive training session. Slamball for core strength and power in linear progressions, Plyometrics for maximun production of force power generation, and the Whiplash Trainer for integrated resistance training against lines of resistance.
Indorow -- This workout uses nearly 85% of your muscles to give you "The Perfect Calorie Burn." Rowing is 100% non impact, and great for any level of fitness. MVP Fitness and Sport Performance is the only fitness studio in western Massachusetts to offer Indorow Group Indoor Rowing.
TRX Body Blast -- The ORIGINAL is still the best! TRX Suspension Training hits all the targets. Get your heart pumping and build strength, performing traditional muscle conditioning exercises using your body's weight as resistance. Improve your balance and increase core stability and power.
TRX SLAM! Cardio Circuit -- We combine all of the elements of the TRX Body Blast, with bouts of interval peaks using the CoreFX SLAMBALL, that will boost your metabolism, and GET YOU FIT. Great all around training that is designed to increase core strength and power.
